Siema Ziemia is an electroacoustic quartet based on collective improvisation. Their music is a hybrid of modern electronicmusic and jazz – moving freely between breakbeat, techno, footwork, jungle and ambience. It’s a band looking to thefuture – where genres dissolve and boundaries blur.
In their sound you can hear both a club pulsation and a free–jazz rush, ritual repetition and spaces from sound art. Livethey focus on energy and dialogue between themselves and the audience. Their music has appeared on official Spotifyplaylists: State of Jazz, 21st Century Jazz, The New Vanguard of Polish Jazz, Alternative Poland, Fresh Finds amongartists such as Kamasi Washington and Comet is Coming.
