Marcelina

Marcelina Maria Stoszek, known as Marcelina, is a Polish singer, songwriter and composer, born in Cieszyn on April 8, 1986. Her musical journey began in Wroclaw, where she developed her unique style, combining elements of alternative pop and jazz. Marcelina graduated in jazz vocal performance at the Academy of Music in Katowice, which allowed her to work with renowned artists such as Natalia Grosiak, Andrzej Smolik and Dawid Korbaczynski.

 

In 2011, she released her debut album titled Marcelina, followed two years later by another, Wschody Zachody, which introduced listeners to her sensitive and atmospheric musical world. The song “Wroclove” was chosen as the anthem of Wroclaw, highlighting her strong connection to the city. Marcelina is also involved in social projects and collaborated on the “Panny wyklęte” album, among others.

 

Marcelina has performed at Poland’s largest festivals, such as the Open’er Festival, Orange Warsaw Festival, Coke Live, Off Camera and on the Main Stage of the Woodstock Festival. Her talent has also been recognized abroad – she has given concerts in cities such as London, Paris, Risoul, Les Sybelles and Mauritius, and toured Japan for two weeks, winning the hearts of listeners around the world.
