Bass Astral, or Jakub Tracz, born in 1993, is an electronic music producer with an extremely diverse artistic output. He began his career as a bassist in the rock band Clock Machine, but gained wider popularity with the duo Bass Astral x Igo, with which he achieved numerous successes. The band released three albums and performed in front of thousands of fans. Their joint activity ended in the fall of 2021, and Jacob set his sights on developing a solo career.
In March 2022, he released his album “Techno do miłości”, which was nominated for a Fryderyk Award in the Album of the Year – Electronics category. Jakub graduated from a first-grade music school with a degree in double bass and piano. His work combines a variety of musical genres, and recently he has been particularly exploring Drum’n’Bass, Future Bass and classical music.
