Lochy i Smoki is a band that started its musical adventure in Szczecin in 2012, combining the emotional depths of emo with melodic elements of pop-punk. Their music is a nostalgic journey into the world of old video games and carefree childhood, making their sound both intimate and energetically compelling.
Debuting in 2015 with an EP simply titled “Dungeons and Dragons,” the band quickly gained recognition for their authentic lyrics and catchy melodies. Their first full-length album, “I could have stayed home and played games,” released in 2022, continues this theme, offering a deeper look at contemporary issues facing young people, laced with reflection and emotional expression typical of the emo genre.
Currently, Lochy and Smoki are affiliated with Warsaw-based label Peleton Records, which has allowed them to further develop and reach a wider audience. Thanks to their unique combination of genres and themes close to the hearts of young listeners, the band maintains a strong position on the Polish music scene, attracting both emo fans and those who long for the sounds of their youth.
